The Calhoun County Fairgrounds are located just four blocks southeast of downtown Marshall, three miles from the I-69 and I-94 junction, in a quiet, secluded area on Capitol Hill. Located near Battle Creek and Marshall attractions, the Fairgrounds is an ideal location for camping. Stay on-site for the Calhoun County Fair, Cruise to the Fountain, and Harvest Festival.  It is home to Michigan's oldest fair and boasts Floral Hall, the oldest fair building in the state.  The fairgrounds, founded in 1848, feature over 45 acres of grassy, shaded grounds and paved streets.  100 year old oaks and beautiful landscaping highlight 24 all-purpose buildings, one of the finest half mile tracks in the state, a 2400 seat grandstand, new modern stage/entertainment center, camping facilities and much more.  Open year-round, call for availability. Water and electric available (water not available during winter).
