Most of Battle Creek's earliest pioneers are buried in Oak Hill Cemetery, including: James and Ellen White, co-founders of the Seventh Day Adventist Church and Sojourner Truth, abolitionist and equal rights campaigner. Also, W.K. Kellogg and his brother John Harvey Kellogg, as well as cereal and marketing magnet C.W. Post, are buried in Oak Hill. Gates are open from 8AM-dusk daily. The Office is open 9AM-5PM Moday-Friday.
