The Battle Creek Taco and Tequila Festival is July 19 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Festival Market Square

Learn the ins and outs of tequila alongside crispy, crunchy taco bites. There will be more than 75 tequila samples to try. If tequila isn’t your thing, Tacos and Tequilathere will also be Mexican beer, margaritas and other mixed drinks.

Taco lovers of all ages are invited to sample a variety of vendors. There are “Just the Tacos” tickets for those who won’t be drinking.

General admission tickets provide you with tokens that can be exchanged for food, along with a souvenir cup – you must be 21 and older to purchase. VIP tickets get you in an hour early plus extra tokens and a hat. Children ages 12 and younger get in for free with an adult.

Dueling Pianos is bringing good vibes to the festival. Face painters, inflatables, caricature artists and yard games will provide fun for the entire family.
