Description
Located inside the beautiful Leila Arboretum, Kingman Museum is a hidden treasure in Southwest Michigan.

The museum has free admission and houses an extensive natural history collection, three floors of exhibits and a Digistar Planetarium. A local landmark in Battle Creek for over 80 years, Kingman Museum works to provide a universal place of hands-on learning for our community and a unique educational experience at every age.

Take a walk through Michigan habitats, get an up-close look at how the human body works, and see exotic animals and insects of the world. New classes explore the past, present, and future with activities investigating dinosaurs, outer space, and our own planet Earth.  Enjoy scavenger hunts for all ages. See one of our 20 planetarium shows and night sky talk under the stars.
