Have you ever visited Battle Creek's Fantasy Forest in Leila Arboretum? This wonderful Battle Creek attraction was created in 2015 with the inaugural Fantasy Forest Festival. The festival was created to bring life to trees that were damaged by the Emerald Ash Borer. Leila Arboretum brought in wood carvers to create beautiful sculptures, during the first Fantasy Forest Festival, to bring an amazing art attraction to town. The second, 2016 festival brought double the amount of sculptures to the park. There will be no more Fantasy Forest Festivals, but you can always come in and visit to see the beautiful sculptures. The park is open until dusk and features a large, covered stage that you can enjoy a picnic on.
